EAL
We promote EAL (English as an Additional Language) by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children. We provide resources and activities that support language development, such as bilingual books, language games, and visual aids. Our teachers and staff also use gestures, body language, and simple language to ensure effective communication with children who are learning English. We encourage peer interactions and buddy systems to foster language skills and cultural understanding. Additionally, we collaborate with families to understand their child's language background and incorporate their home language into our learning environment.
SEN
In our nursery, we strive to provide inclusive support for children with special educational needs (SEN). We work closely with families and professionals to create individualized learning plans and accommodations for children with SEN. Our staff receives training to effectively support and engage with children who have diverse needs. We also collaborate with outside agencies and specialists to ensure that each child's unique needs are met. Our goal is to create an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
