Fees , Funding & Sessions
Registration Fee & Waiting List.
A non-refundable fee of £25.00 is payable upon registration along with a completed Registration Pack. This will enable your child to be added to the Waiting List. We will then contact you when a suitable place is available for your child.
When offering places we prioritise:
• Attending children looking to increase their sessions;
• Siblings of attending children.
• Children on our waiting list looking for a full-time place;
• Children on our waiting list whose preferred start date and sessions match the available space.
Deposit
Prior to your child's start date a deposit is required of £200 for full time attendance or £100 for part time attendance. This will be refunded one month after your child has left, however any outstanding payments will be deducted. The parent/guardian's attention is drawn to the Terms and Conditions with regard to the return or forfeit of the deposit (please contact our nursery Manager for a copy).
please note: parents using funding only, no deposit is required; however, if additional hours are added on top of the funded sessions, a deposit will apply.
Monthly Payments
Fees can be paid by Direct Debit, bank transfer, Tax Free Childcare, childcare vouchers, Enjoy Benefits Scheme or a combination of these. The payments vary depending on the number of sessions you choose.
There is no refund for any absence from the nursery for sickness or family holidays.
Funding
At Sweet cuddles we aim to keep nursery costs as low as possible, whilst providing a very high standard of care and education, but you may be able to substantially reduce your childcare costs by applying for government funding.
We accept funding from 9months old upwards: Universal Entitlement (15 hours childcare per week, during term time, available to all children over the age of 3) and Extended Entitlement (an additional 15 hours during term time, eligibility for this depends on your income and hours worked).

Tax Free Childcare
Parents/carers may be eligible for up to £2,000 a year under the tax-free childcare scheme. Through this scheme you will receive £2 for every £8 you spend up to a total of £500 per 3 months, but this money can only be used for approved childcare. This can be claimed in addition to the funding above and is per child.
To qualify for tax-free childcare both parents usually need to be working at least 16 hours per week.

Our Price Breakdown
Free entitlement hours –15 hours per week
Free entitlement hours –30 hours per week
as a term time nursery we do not offer stretched entitlement.
9 to 23 months - Cost of additional hours £12.50 per hour.
2 to 3 years - Cost of additional hours £12per hour.
3 to 4 years - Cost of additional hours £11.50.
Snacks: this includes different variety of fruit and breadstick or crackers or toast.
Meals:
Breakfast: £1
Lunch:(healthy and balanced meals cooked onsite by our chef daily) £2.50
Tea: £1
Snacks: £1
Please note that parents are not permitted to provide their own meals or snacks. All food and snacks are provided by the nursery to ensure children’s dietary needs are met and to maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Nappies: £1 per item
